Qualifications:
1/ Excellent skills in Design (DFM) Industrial flows & processes, 3 to 5 year working experience
2/ Strong knowledge in Electro-mechanical parts and magnetism
3/ Good communication and at least bilingual Chinese-English (More languages are a plus)
4/ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Responsabilities:
1/ Coordinate the transfer of new and old products from Western sister companies to AIMS.
2/ Work closely with Applications & Design Engineers (Locally or EUR, USA) to make sure we understand and complete technical documents such as: D-FMEA (Design), FPD & P-FMEA (Process), CP (Control Plan)
3/ Take the relay of Applications (after samples approval) to carry out the PPAP and Mass Production process in cooperation with Operational Value Streams.
4/ Take part to the Employees training programs for new product launches & active member of the ABS system
5/ Lead Projects implementation for ECB division (Design, Samples validation, tooling & fixtures coordination…)
6/ Review projects regularly, team building & coordination, proactive attitude and strength in proposals.
7/ Supervise and can prepare documents such as Work Instructions (WI), Process cards (PC), Std Routines...
8/ Review Control capability with CPk methods…, Follow up of trials reports and PDCA.
9/ Monitor daily production, analysing and solving issues to improve process, operations, design, fixtures...
10/ ERP System = Cooperate for all Technical data bases such as mirroring and drawings from / to WEE or other sister companies. Member of the SAP team implementation when coming up.
