B2B Social Media Coordinator
The B2B Social Channel Coordinator is responsible for developing, managing and executing Social Channel Management activities targeting our business buyers.
The B2B Social Channel Coordinator drives social content and channel strategies for Twitter & LinkedIn. She or he will work with cross-functionally to ensure all content and innovations are aligned with wider marketing activities, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Responsibilities
?Daily content creation/scheduling, community management for key social platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn
?Ensure successful execution and effectiveness of social media strategies for all campaigns
?Drive and grow traffic and revenue to DHgate (desktop & mobile) via social channels
?Coordinate cross-departmental collaborations to support content generation and company marketing programs
?Track, analyze and report on social marketing effectiveness and metrics on a regular basis
?Identify areas of success and develop unique strategies for the different social media platforms
Desired Skills and Experience
?Native level English and familiarity with English speaking audiences (US/UK/AU, etc)
?Knowledge and experience in B2B marketing
?Experience running social media campaigns
?Knowledge of social media monitoring and analytical tools and experience measuring, analyzing and presenting the results of social media campaigns
?Proficiency in Excel
?Excellent organizational and communication skills
?Ability to contribute individually, and participate in cross-functional team
?An ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritizing effectively
?Basic photo editing skills
?Basic Chinese speaking & listening desired
