QC（两名）
任职要求：

1.熟悉相关的质检和生产流程；至少三年以上QC纺织行业经验或1年上内衣QC经验。要求高中或以上学历, 有基础的英语知识会优先考虑.

2. 良好的沟通和协调能力 (沟通包括工厂与深圳办公室，以及同事之间)

3. 年龄在25-45岁之间，男女均可。

4. 性格开朗，学习能力快，做事细心，有责任心，能吃苦耐劳，有团队精神。

5. 如果应聘者有足够能力，我们可以考虑给他QC组长的职位（此职位除了能查货，还要求能安排及查核QC的工作）

6. 待遇: 包吃住, 面议.



Company introduction:

Egglaston Services is a company providing Production and Quality Control services to foreign companies in China mainly in the underwear industry.

Egglaston Services is looking for Candidates willing to re-locate to Dongguan for a QC .The job is located at the largest lingerie factory at Dongguan.

？OC/QC supervisor

Job Descritption

This is a very important role within Egglaston Services since this QC people will control the production quality of a main part of our company business. The main responsibilities will be as follows:

-He/ She will be responsible to check and ensure the quality of all the bras and panties are ok.
-He/she will have to understand customer products from the Technical point of view.
-Can explain the quality problem well to the supervisor.
-He/she can write a report to customers (his/her supervisor).
-If the candidate’s capacity is good enough, we will consider to recruit him/her as the QC supervisor and this QC supervisor need to organize and check other QC’s job.

Candidate Profile

The Candidate should be or have:

- Senior high school educated and with some English knowledge is preferred.
- Age around 25 to 45 year
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in textile industry or 1 year experience in underwear
-Great interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
-Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
-Honest, responsible, keen on details and a team player.

Salary : Negotiated basing on Candidate’s capacity (we offer the accommodation in factory)

Besides, we are implementing a new project in the underwear industry at this moment. We have an agreement with a leading underwear brand from Europe to distribute its products in Several Countries included China.
