Job Scope:
1.Follow up order status, including but not limited to placing & updating orders in ERP system, following up production status, shipping and RMA material receiving & shipping;
2.Manage and organize Sales Department files and documents;
3.Translate sales documents in English or in Chinese;
4.Make weekly & monthly report of Sales Department from ERP;
5.Handle other Sales Department daily work.

Qualification:
1.Female, college degree or above, majoring in English, international trade or related;
2.More than one year work experience. Experience in LED industry is preferred;
3.Good at MS Office Software, Familiar with ERP, like UFIDA, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Axapta;
4.Fluent oral English and can read & write technical English documents.


岗位工作职责：
1.订单跟进，包括但不限于在ERP系统内下单及订单更改，跟进订单的生产进度，出货以及返修品收发货等;
2.销售部文件的归档整理；
3.销售部文件的翻译工作；
4.从ERP系统中导出、汇总销售部各项报表文件；
5.其它销售部日常事务的协调及处理。

任职资格：
1．女性，大专及以上学历，英语、国际贸易或相关专业；
2．一年以上工作经验，有LED行业工作经验者，优先考虑；
3．熟悉MS Office 常用办公软件的操作，熟悉ERP系统，如UFIDA、 Oracle、SAP或Microsoft Axapta；
4．英语口语流利，能阅读和书写科技类英语。
