岗位要求：
1.计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，至少1年以上软件开发经验；
2.精通.NET Winform技术，熟练使用C#语言进行数据库应用程序的开发,具有系统分析和设计能力；
3.熟悉SQL Server数据库系统的建立、维护与编程；
4.有软件开发项目经验，熟悉各类软件开发文档编写；
5.学习能力强，能跟踪最新的技术体系，能解决系统中所遇到的技术问题；
6.具备Winform、ASP.NET、Mobile、Silverlight等技术方案的视角；
7.具备SOA、MVC、N-Tier等架构模式的视角；
8.有很强的工作责任心，能承受一定的工作压力；
9.态度端正，积极主动，能妥协性说服他人，能听取他人意见；
10.有团队精神，即便是观点不一致,但也能把任务执行下去。

岗位描述：
1. 从整个集团角度定义系统的设计及解决方案；
2. 负责编写软件开发文档、及相关技术文档；
3. 负责新技术研究，难题攻关；
4. 培养其它成员的工作技能成长；
5. 编写核心模块的代码；
6. 评审并保证成员代码质量；
7. 协助部门经理制定项目计划。
