本职位直接向集团执行董事报告，负责领导及监管生產、品质、供应链、跟单及產品开发等部门。

职位要求：

• 拥有丰富高层管理经验；
• 对製衣行业有专业知识；
• 能带领团队完成公司目标；
• 有效地推动持续改善项目，改善团队的水平；
• 中、英文水平良好；
• 需经常出差。

This pivotal role will be reporting to the Executive Director and oversee the functions across a wide range of manufacturing, quality, supply chain, merchandising and product development.
To be a successful performer, you must have been a strategist in core management and have an extensive knowledge on the industry, in planning and directing all these aspects effectively to meet the operating goals and company objectives.
You are required to be continual improvement oriented, capable of inspiring and coaching a diverse staff and preferably familiar with the apparel manufacturing operations.
You need to be fluent in both English and Chinese, Putonghua is essential; a minimum of 15 years’ operational management experience. Frequent travel is required.
