职位描述

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Sets and meets realistic deadlines for all aspects of assigned sourced goods projects.

- Communicate status of all sourced goods project timelines to stakeholders via weekly reporting.

- Documents specifications of all sourced goods projects to the vendor and PSH through timely completion and filing of Product Profiles.

- Adheres to established procedures to bring sourced goods projects to completion including setup in the enterprise system to facilitate new orders.

- Develops cost effective improvements and innovations that add value to sourced goods projects and implements as agreed by PSH stakeholders.

- Initiates sourced goods project elements required from other PSH departments and facilitates and follows up for timely completion.

- Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology.

- Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. -Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach.

- Pro-actively engages stakeholders in design, priority setting, and implementation.

- Consult with factories and PSH stakeholders and provides advice, facilitates discussion and resolves conflict; establishes trust; builds and uses cross-functional relationships to accomplish task objectives.

- Convey goals and objectives clearly and in a compelling manner; listens effectively and clarifies information as needed; interprets verbal and non-verbal messages that others communicate; produces clear status reports; communicates tactfully and candidly.

- Understands how and when to make a choice; how and when to escalate issues to higher levels. Analyzes the risks and future impact of decisions.

- Makes decisions and takes timely independent action in pursuit of priorities.

- Anticipates consequences of actions, potential problems, or opportunities for change.

- Ensures a high level of fiscal control and accountability for sourced goods project budget.

- Offers supervisor with insights to facilitate continuous improvement of processes and procedures relative to assigned responsibilities.

Duties and responsibilities may be amended as deemed necessary by PSH managemet.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Must have experience with plastic, cut and sew products like tent, garment and etc., outdoor industry is definitely preferable;

- University/college engineering graduate;

- At least 10 years project management experiences;

- Good at both spoken & written English;

- Willing to travel frequently;

- Capable to work independently and work under pressure;
