职位描述
一、岗位职责及工作内容：
1、通过热线电话为老年人及老年人家属提供与老年人相关的政策法规业务咨询；
2、通过热线电话定期对老年人进行回访，了解老年人的生活情况和需求；
3、通过网络收集整理与老年人相关的信息；
二、任职资格
1、初中以上学历，男女不限，无年龄要求；
2、会使用计算机，中文输入每分钟30字以上；
3、普通话和粤语（客家话）标准、流利，无明显方言口音，音质清醇，吐字清晰；
4、倾听、表达、理解、学习能力强；
5、具有耐心，性格开朗，责任心强。
6天工作制，早班9：00-15：30，晚班15：30-22：00
