职位一:供应商质量管理
A leading Auto OEM company
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manufacturing Site Assessment:
1. Review supplier site self-assessments and/or conduct Manufacturing Site Assessments
2. Drive resolution of open issues from action plan
3. Visit sites as required
Supplier site Improvement
1. Drive continuous improvement and resolution of systemic site concerns
2. Develop work plan to reduce PPM
3. Schedule and conduct reviews with supplier management as required
4. Work with STA Resident and plant incoming inspection to resolve disputed quality rejections, (QRs)
5. Use SIM to monitor supplier progress
6. Review & follow up on supplier work plan to achieve
7. Drive attainment, or work with purchasing to re-source
8. Update GSM with target date
Site Development (Where required)
1. Verify Quality Operating System implementation
2. Drive Continuous improvement
Improve Quality Systems / Drive Continuous Improvement:
1. Drive resolution of systemic site concerns
2. Drive Problem Solving
3. Support Suppliers for Continuous Improvement in all areas of their business
Sourcing for Quality:
1. Support strategic commodity teams
2. Assess potential of supplier to achieve
3. Support sourcing for Quality data collection
4. Review/concur supplier selection with Purchasing
FMEA & Control Plan Review:
1. Review DFMEA, PFMEA and Control Plans for PPAP level 2-5
2. Co-develop and approve SC/CC's
3. Communicate concerns to Programme STA via Governance meetings
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
1. Drive APQP process with suppliers
2. Schedule & lead cross-functional APQP Reviews (Priority Suppliers)
3. Drive quality execution of APQP issues
4. Conduct evidence reviews as required
5. Verify the completeness of status Red, Yellow, Green assessment
6. Verify Red/Yellow work plans are adequate
7. Support supplier at Emphasis build events as needed
Phased PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
1. Review & approve PSW packages according to PPAP level (Level 2-5)
2. Schedule level 5 PSW’s
3. Conduct capacity verification process and verify production trial run
4. Support the supplier to communicate PSW (Part Submission Warrant) approval / rejection reason to programme
5. Drive capability (Ppk & Cpk)
6. Assure completion and passing results of all supplier testing activities.
LRR, Launch Readiness Review process (High impact suppliers):
1. Drive supplier completion of flawless launch initiatives
2. Support management / supplier meetings as required
3. Provide supplier on-site assistance as required
4. On-site support at selected suppliers
5. Provide LRR report/reviews
6. Drive resolution on open supplier issues
7. Analyse capacity, capability & drive improvement
8. Support Fresh Eyes reviews as required
9. Communicate status to programme team.
8-D / Concern Resolution:
1. Drive 8D resolution on identified quality issues
2. Review 8Ds, ensure timely resolution, verify corrective actions, and cascade lessons learned
Warranty Reduction:
1. Support warranty cost reduction programs in case of supplier responsible concerns (when applicable)
Conformity of Production (CoP):
1. Support Conformity of Production (CoP) audit at selected suppliers (when applicable)
2. Field Action / Stop Shipment (FASS)
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Within the first 3 to 6 months develop and implement a robust realization plan with your suppliers, including robust failure mode avoidance plans.
2. Within 6 to 12 months, develop and begin implementing a vendor qualifications program that will insure zero defects and 100% on-time deliveries from suppliers.
3. Within 24 months develop your suppliers to achieve our prestigious standard
4. Within 12 months become a subject matter expert on problem solving and work with your suppliers to develop permanent corrective actions that prevent issue recurrence.
5. Within 6 months become competent in our key processes.
6. Support flawless product launch activity
7. Be flexible for extensive travel within china and UK , , with immediate effect
8. And within 5 years be capable of undertaking role to lead an STA team into the future

2. Design projects based on nominations from business units or other functions like purchasing or project management.
3. Develop project targets (using KPI’s), align project targets and approach both internally and with supplier.
4. Experienced in Value Stream Planning and training of Lean- and Q-methodologies at suppliers (5S, Flow oriented Layout, Lean Line Design, Standardized Work, Quick Changeover, Pull-Principle, etc).
5. Responsible for successful implementation and sustainability together with supplier.
6. Actively participate in supplier enabling projects with top focus suppliers and in critical supply situations
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE / POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree in mechanical or electric engineering or comparable technical degree.
2. Over 5 years experience in manufacturing, supplier development and quality management
3. Lean and project management experience.
4. Experience in quality tools like 8D, problem solving, 5 x why, firewall/QAM, Six Sigma.
5. Analytical and structured working style (detailed orientated)
6. Willingness to travel.
7. Willingness to work in teams but combined with ability to also act very independent.
8. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others.
9. Very good communication: necessity to interact from shop-floor to Executive level: need to involve the supplier management but also the operator at the machine.
10. Good communication with oral & written English language.
