MISSION
-Serve to the sales people and customers
-Answer the enquiry of Customers
-Manage data in SAP system

MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the sales people to follow the orders from approaching the customers to the price negotiation; samples submission; customer approval; goods shipping out ,and customers’ A/R .
To answer the customers’ enquiry by telephone, fax ,e-mail and letter
-To deal with the customers requirement
-To stat the personal sales and to calculate sales of the department
-Customer registration, customer material input
-Work together with assistant of manager to manage the file of orders
-To act as customer service contact window in some specific marketing and channel programs.
-to the customers in cording with the requirement of the sales people
-Keep relationship with internal department
-Other performs and assignments as required by dept.

-good office software skills
-good communication and interpersonal skills
-carefulness, patient, warmhearted to serve to customers and sales people
-businesslike
-To be independent; optimistic
