Main job duties:

1.Evaluate the competitiveness of Apollo manufacturing asset with respect to cost, quality, and capacity. Initiate and lead improvement programs and technology development for competitive advantage, cost and working capital reduction.

2.Lead development of and manage operational oversight for Apollo site to achieve cost, quality, supply, and service requirement.

3.Lead new process adoption to assure a robust process technology is delivered to manufacturing team.

4.Lead and drive continuous improvement to enhance process capability and manufacturing performance to achieve operational goals.

5.Promote systematic way of problem solving methodology, such as six sigma projects and Kaizen events to enhance competitiveness.

6.Ensure the quality, safety, operation system such as ISO, PSM, SAP and etc. are all up to date, and requirements are constantly met.

7.Lead to improve the module efficiency through recipe and process optimization.

8.Lead for new raw material qualifications to enhance product performance as well as variable cost reduction.

Develop organizational capability to deliver committed profit objective and also plan future capacity to support the business growth.

Candidate profile:

1.A degree of Engineering related Chemical / Electrical / mechanical and etc.

2.At least 10 years of working experience with minimum 5 years in managerial position in multinational company.

3.Certified Six Sigma GB, BB is a plus.

4.Strong communication skills with interpersonal sensitivity.

5.Excellent English and Mandarin skills in written and spoken.

6.Strong problem solving skills The ability of initiate solution to critical problems.

7.Strong capability in determining key processes to monitor in order to achieve objectives.

The Dow Chemical Company and DuPont have announced their intent to combine in an all-stock merger of equals. The merger is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2017 and the new company will be named DowDuPont. Within 18-24 months of the merger, DowDuPont intends to spinoff entities resulting in three separate and independent publicly traded companies, subject to regulatory and board approval. At the time of the spin, employees will be moved to one of the three companies.
