Quality Inspector (Equipment- QC - Shenzhen)

Key Purpose of the Job

To conduct inspection audit for in-process and finished goods and to maintain the quality according to customers requirements. if necessary the QC also need to perform factory corrective action follow up.

Needs to Do:

1. Carry out Factory QC / production system and Factory review and report writing.

2. Assist both QA & QA manager to help vender/supplier to set up the corrective action.

3. Follow up corrective action that is set by factory to prevent the potential production problem.

4. Monitor the production system of the assisted factory to prevent the potential production problem.

5. Set up pre-production meeting with factory to prevent problems from bulk production. He / She may request to check functional testing and quality for equipment .

6. Collect and organise the technical documents and samples for inspection.

7. Double check the functional test report & make sure it is passed the lab. Test requirement (or got special approval) of individual product.

8. Help for bulk samples checking.

9. Conduct in-line and final inspection according to sampling plan and AQL standards.

10. Perform functional testing on each inspection with AQL standard.

11. Complete in-line and final inspection reports according to required format and communicate with Hong Kong Merchandising / factory.

12. Take shipment samples and shipment samples comments for each shipment after inspection.

13. Perform shipment sample inspection and reporting according to procedure of individual product.

14. Report any problems and discrepancies of inspection findings immediately to supervisor and/or Hong Kong merchandising and follow up the decision.

15. Inform HK office immediately when an inspection was fail or with other major discrepancies.

16. Provide first hand production status/progress to HK merchandising. Fill in the production status report with factory.

17. Fill in the daily time sheet & inspection summary.
