任职资格：

1、至少五年以上制造企业或仓储物流行业管理工作经验，本职位工作经验不低于3年；

2、熟悉运输、仓储管理知识、熟悉物流管理业务流程、丰富的流程管理技能；

3、熟练使用计算机及办公软件；

4、良好的沟通能力，具有一定的计划、组织、协调能力和团队协作精神；

5、良好的敬业精神和职业道德，有很强的感召力和凝聚力，责任心、事业心强；

职责：

1、协助经理管理仓库运作团队，确保收货、包装、发货、退仓等流程正常进行；

2、执行和完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，提高效率，降低成本；

3、科学管理货品库位，提出改进方案，保证仓库最大化的使用率；

4、监督执行盘点工作和结果分析，并提出改进方案，使账务一致；
