Key Requirements:
1.Contact to customer in daily business;
2.Take care of customer orders, short term forecasts;
3.Delivery confirmation to customer;
4.Coordination with Production Planner for short-term production plan daily basis;
5.Coordination with Production Planner for long-term production plan once a month, against Copa demands;
6.Coordination with Production, Quality & Warehouse for on time shipment;
7.Handing all actions related to consignment procedure (delivery plan, invoicing, reporting, confirmation);
8.Prepare weekly allocation plans & coordinate allocation during shortages;
9.Long term forecast checking and update to SAP for upcoming 12 months;
10.Prepare weekly delivery and shipment schedules;
11.Shipment tracking & provide pending payment summary;
12.Preparation of weekly/monthly reports, as well as development of these reports.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above;
2.CET-4 or above, excellent command of English and Chinese in writing and speaking;
3.At least 2 years customer service working experience, in large productive enterprise and ERP system experience are preferred;
4.Forecast planning, order fulfillment, basic logistics/trading knowledge;
5.Readiness to travel home and abroad.
