Requirement:
-Degree holder preferable, 5 years customer service relative experience, strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Good communication and presentation, can work under great pressure and complex environment.
-Independent working capability and highly responsible
-Team leader, excellent management skills, good at coaching, instruction and result orientation
-Good command of oral and written English, proficiency in Cantonese is a plus

Job Description:
-Lead the CS Team to provide excellent service to customers;
-Identify customers' needs and wants with the sales team so as to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complexity to Coats;
-Establish and update standard operating procedures under SAP environment;
-Identify and adopt Coats best practices to improve efficiency and profitability in CSD; manage the CSD team to meet required KPI;
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction via exceptional customer cares and value added services;
-Ensure CSD team is highly motivated by coaching, training & development;
