高级机电工程师(暖通专业)

职责
1． 参与工业项目并负责机电系统的的设计工作（HAVC，给排水，空压机和消防），准备设计的依据和定义，概念设计和详图设计。
2． 准备所需材料，技术规范，为MEP做技术投标评估。
3． 投标过程中参与招标澄清及与潜在承包商的洽谈。
4．参与工业项目并负责建筑工地的机械工作，解决设计和现场问题，监督承包商的进程，质量，评估承包商的索赔，协助试验和调试工作。
5．向业主阐述技术需求和要求标准，解决设备安装（包括安全和通讯系统），在现场监督指导，管理业主生产设备的相关界区。如果业主需要，建议并协助生产设备的安装。
6. 领导机电团队，组建强大的MEP团队。

任职资格
1. 大学本科机械专业，良好的英语说写能力
2. 至少6年左右的机械系统设计和工地施工经验
3. 具有设计审评和设计协调经验
4. 熟悉绿色能源方案和绿色建筑标准
5. 熟悉国内和国际规范和标准，同时熟悉设计软件
6. 能有效地与客户和项目小组进行沟通；
7.愿意配合出差


Senior MEP Engineer（Major：HAVC）

Responsibilities:
1. To participate in Industrial projects and be responsible for MEP Design Works (HVAC, Plumbing, Air compressor and fire fighting) , prepare the design basis, design concepts and design details
2. material requisition preparation, technical specification, technical bid evaluation for the MEP part
3. attend Tender Clarification and Negotiation with potential contractors during tender process
4. To participate in Industrial projects and be responsible for mechanical work during site construction, to solve design and site problem, monitoring contractor’s progress and quality, review and evaluate contractor’s claims, to assist commissioning and testing.
5. To clarify technical requirements and requested standards with the Owner, to develop concepts for Mechanical installations (including Security and Communication systems), to supervise the implementation on site, to manage the relevant battery limit to the production equipment of the Owner and to advise and assist the Owner in the installation of production equipment (if requested)
6. Lead a team of MEP engineers and build up a strong internal MEP organization



Qualifications:
1. University graduate in Mechanical engineering, fair command of English both in speaking and writing
2. At least 6 years experience in both Mechanical system design and construction site supervision
3. Experience in Design Review and Design Coordination
4. Experience with Green Energy Solutions and Green Building Standards
5. Familiar with local and international codes and standards, as well as with design software
6. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team members.
7. Willing to travel
