职位描述
ROLE PURPOSE:
* Manage the quality engineering section,
* Recruit, develop, and maintain the product quality to meet department and individual KPI.
* Establish product and mfg line quality control plans for setup, monitor and verify results.
* Provide guidance and training to supervisor/leaders to have effective and efficiency work.
* Close Work with QC/Production/PE/Product Engr to drive for continuous quality improvement
* Measuring equipment trouble shooting, operation preparation and training.
* Internal audit (QC, 5S, ESD, Operation)
* Build sheet review and approval
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Managing the Quality Engineering Section.
* Recruiting, developing, and maintaining a qualified and motivated Quality Engineering staff.
* Providing leadership in cross-functional teams to implement quality systems and improvements, conduct failure investigations, and * implement product/process improvements.
* Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities.
* Interacting with management, auditing agencies, and customers.
* Write or approve 8D and/or quality improvement plans required by customers.
* Review customer specifications and implement standard and special requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Education
* University graduate in engineering field
* With knowledge and training on quality management system
2)Working Experience
* At least five (5) years relevant Quality experience in manufacturing industry
* Process or Quality engineering or quality assurance management experience preferred
* Semiconductor or related industry experience, preferred
3) Certification
* National or ASQ certificate in QE/QM, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
4)Essential Skills / Attitude
* General Product Knowledge
* Semiconductor package: QFN, QFP, FPBGA,
* Semiconductor processes: wafer, assembly or packaging, electrical testing, reliability and FA
* JEDEC standards, ISO/TS standards, Non-destructive test techniques
5)Special Skills
* Familiar with various quality management systems standards, TOM, training program management and internal
* Audit program management
* Computer literate, familiar with MS Window, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Presentation skills, facilitating & coaching skills, should have a lot of patience
6)Other
* Fluent in spoken & written English for dealing with customer or other external parties
* Familiar with typical customer requirements to include FMEA, Control plans, sampling plans, acceptance criteria and improvement programs, 3D and 8D
