1、 负责所属团队日常管理和队伍建设；
2、 帮助指导部门成员完成销售目标并提高销售业绩；
3、 开拓新的销售市场，协助进行新产品市场调研几销售协调；
4、 收集市场动态尤其是竞争对手的动态并提出解决方案；
5、 应收款的管理；
6 、对CRM和管理报表进行分析；
7、 执行上级安排的其他工作；
8 、负责与合作伙伴以及政府有关部门建立，维持良好的合作关系以确保当地业务的正常运作；
9、 负责所属团队的成本控制，将费用支出控制在预算及合理的范围内。

任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、具有5年销售或市场管理经验，有国内外知名企业或外资背景公司工作经历优先；
3、良好的组织管理、协调能力以及人际沟通能力；
4、思维敏捷，逻辑能力和数据分析能力强；
5、积极主动，乐于在挑战性强、节奏快的环境下工作，有较高的职业素养、责任心和团队合作意识；
6、能熟练使用各种办公软件。
