MAJOR JOB DUTIES

1，Manage and control product development process

2，Estimate effort, cost, risk estimation and product concept during Stage Gate

3，Achieve agreed project targets on quality/cost/schedule

4，Lead project team and be responsible of overall planning

5，Present project status to management group

6，Plan, supervise and control the product development schedule

7，Optimize development process on quality/cost/schedule continuously

8，Implement product realization plan

9，Control product risk during project phases

10，Communicate all project-related topics with TAG

11，Carry out ad hoc assignments by the supervisor

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT

1，Bachelor degree in engineering, management or relative major

2，At least 1 years working experience in project management, R&D or relative field, at least 1 year experience in project management field.

3，Strong knowledge in project management，Background knowledge in engineering is preferred

4， PMP Certificate is preferred

5，Good communication skills in English (CET4 or same standard)

6，Knowledge in Microsoft Project

7，Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

8，Strong communication skills

9，Self-motivated, team oriented with good interpersonal style

10，Attentive attitude

主要工作职责：

1，管理和控制产品开发过程

2，在项目初期估算所需的人力、成本，风险评估以及产品概念

3，实现项目在质量，成本和进度的目标

4，领导项目团队并负责项目的整体规划

5，向管理层汇报项目状态

6，计划，监督和控制产品开发进度

7，在质量，成本和进度方面不断优化开发过程

8，实施产品实现方案

9，控制产品在项目阶段的风险

10，与总部商讨所有关于项目方面的话题

11，完成主管所安排的一些临时任务

任职要求：

1， 本科学历，工程、管理或相关专业

2， 至少1年的项目管理，研发或者相关的工作经验，至少1年的在项目管理领域的工作经验

3， 具有必要的项目管理知识，工程背景优先

4， PMP证书优先

5， 良好的英文沟通技巧 （通过CET4或者以上）

6， 熟悉Microsoft Project

7， 熟悉Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

8， 优秀的沟通技巧

9， 具有上进心，团队精神，以及良好的人际关系

10， 细心的态度
