Responsibility:
Provide on-site installation, training and support to customers globally.
Implement supply chain logistics systems between buyers and suppliers.
Gathering user requirements and documenting business processes.
Participate as the leader or team member in projects and familiar with SDLC methodologies.
协助珠三角地区的客户进行系统安装/培训,为全球客户提供日常使用的技术支持.
协助客户进行供应链管理系统的实施.
搜集客户需求,制作需求文档.
配合技术部门参与项目的各个阶段,知悉项目开发周期.
Requirements
1-2 years or above working experience, preferably with some knowledge in supply chain logistics.
At least 1 year project management experience with solid project management skill
Customer oriented with excellent communication skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English & Putonghua
Excellent telephone etiquette and training skills
Excellent Interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to self manage and work independently
Must have good working attitude and a good team player
Able to establish and build good customer relationship
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Able to start work immediately
1年以上相关工作经验,最好有系统维护/物流/仓储/服装制造业的相关工作经历.
参与需求分析项目,或有项目领导经验者
良好的沟通技巧,悉心耐心服务客户
良好的中/英文沟通能力
