Job Responsibilities:
- Two years Tailor-made training program both nationally and internationally with mentor to supervise progress.
- The training program includes but is not limited to:
- 1) Completely master the guidelines of Bosch and Bosch AA-AS
- 2) How to obtain market and customer information, increase Bosch AA-AS market share
- 3) How to provide pre sales and after sales service to customers
- 4) Build up platform to exchange customer information on a global base.
- Conduct evaluation of customer potential and develop strategic plan to achieve completing penetration of multiple product lines with customer.
- Conduct market research to remain familiar with industry trends and competitive activity in the marketplace.
- Interfaces with Engineering, Marketing and Product Development Teams.
- Plan, manage and develop dealership network in assigned area
- Assist with sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Develop vehicle launch cycle plans for all markets to support new tool requirements.
- Revenue and Gross Margin accountability for assigned territary.
- Maintain and revise customer Global product related process when necessary.
- Periodically visit customer dealerships to maintain awareness of issues and trends.
- Schedule and participate in tech suites, trade shows, and other product presentations.
Job Requirements:
- Master degree in business administration or technical field.
- Have 2-3 years of working experience, automotive field is perferred
- Have strong communication skills and leadership potential
- Open-minded and a good team player
- Mobile (nationally and internationally)
- Speak and write fluent English (additional language skills are plus, preferable German)
- Preferably to have experience in international environment during study, internship or working
