职位描述
主要职责:
1、负责前台接待工作；
2、负责处理来函文件，登记、归档、统计资料、打印、复印资料；
3、负责公司电话转接、传真、文件收发、以及水电等相关费用的缴纳工作；
4、负责管理维护公司的打印机和复印机及耗材；
5、负责公司的保洁人员安排工作以及办公室饮用水的采购；
6、负责公司出差人员的票务、住宿的订购工作；
7、负责员工的考勤管理；
8、协助公司组织各类公司活动
9、完成公司领导安排的其他工作任务
任职要求：
1、女性，普通话流利，形象气质佳；
2、熟练使用各种常用办公软件，熟悉办公室事务，良好的表达能力；
3、具有良好的综合素质，待人接物得体大方；
4、工作耐心细致，反应机敏，头脑灵活，爱岗敬业, 积极主动。
5、为人踏实、稳重、责任心强。
6、英语听说流利者优先。
