职位描述
主要职责：
1、负责组织数据中心的前期筹备、规划建设，以及后期运营；
2、负责组织制定所辖数据中心运营预算，落实控制所辖数据中心相关人员、维保、外包等成本；
3、负责组织制定数据中心运营质量标准，促进运营质量提升；
4、负责数据中心骨干团队搭建、运营体系建立，及其管理；
5、负责支持、协助营销部门开展有关市场活动。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上，计算机、电气、暖通、机电等相关专业，工作满8年以上；
2、具备5年以上大型数据中心基础设施运营团队管理经验，管理过20人以上的技术团队；
3、具备资深的行业背景，精通国际国内相关数据中心设计和验收标准；
4、具备很强的组织协调能力、团队领导力、经营意识；
5、熟悉数据中心各个供应商的服务体系流程；
6、PMP、ITIL认证者优先；
7、良好的英语书面和口语能力尤佳。
