Goals/Mission:
- Providing technical services efficiently and effectively with high quality and high customer satisfaction

Tasks:
-Performing installation,start-ups,maintenance,repaired and updates of all products within his area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision.
-Maintenance customer satisfaction in particular within the framework of customer services communicateing with the uptime service center CS co-workers sales and other partners in his region collaborating with the uptime service center and adhering to CS process.
-Support CS sales to archive mc sales volume and ccr.
-Modality is CT(50%)/AX(50%)

Education:
- College or above

Knowledge/Languages:
- Passed basic and system training
- Good in communication & customer focus, high level skill in communication.
- Fluent English on read and write

Experience:
- 3-5 years medical service experience for CT or AX system
- Hospital engineer or other medical company.
