The ELV engineer provides technical leadership and accountability for execution of ELV systems of LabEx project from design to handover, including fire alarm system/IT/security system/Building automation system.
该弱电工程师对质检实验楼项目的弱电系统负责从设计到移交提供领导性的技术支持,主要包括消防报警系统，信息网络系统，安防系统及楼宇自控系统。

This position will focus on the execution of projects from design phases through construction, commissioning and qualification as required. The black utility engineer will be accountable for:
该职位的主要职能覆盖了从项目设计各阶段、施工、调试一直到验证环节。该公用能源工程师主要负责以下工作内容：
?Supervise, review, and challenge the design consultant or LDI to accomplish design documents fulfilling user requirement, GB code and technical regulations in CD/BD/DD phases.
监督，检查，审核设计咨询公司或本地设计院在概念设计/初步设计/深化设计阶段按照用户要求/国标/技术规则完成设计工作。
?Technical support on option analysis, solution approaching, equipment selections, specification drafting and engineering document development.
对方案分析/解决疑难/设备选择/技术规范编制及工程文件扩展提供技术支持。
?Provide necessary support for permitting process or authorization needs.
向政府审批工作流程/需求提供必要的协助。
?Review and approve constructability report, method statement, sample submission, shop drawing, commissioning plan and etc. to meet both quality and schedule requirement.
检查和批准可建设报告，施工方案，样品提交，加工图，调试计划，等等，以同时满足质量和工期的要求。
?On-site construction quality supervising.
现场施工质量监督。
? Technical support and guidance on system commissioning and problem solving.
对系统调试和问题解决提供技术支持和指导。
?Carry out project delivery including system acceptance testing with alignment with end user and facility user.
同最终用户和设施用户协调，落实系统验收和移交。
?Support systems qualification according to cGMP/cGLP requirements.
根据中国GMP或GLP要求支持系统验证工作。
The ELV engineer is expected to be an effective communicator of ideas, project goals and results. With minimal supervision, is expected to make presentations and updates to linear management.
该弱电工程师应能积极地沟通和交流想法、项目目标和结果。在最少监督的情况下，主动向上级管理层进行工作和情况汇报。

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
Bachelor degree with major in Electrical/Instrumentation.
电气或自动化仪表专业学士学位。
Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力
At least 3 years’ design experience of ELV system in Pharmaceutical/Food industry.
具有至少3年从事医药或食品行业弱电系统的设计经验。
At least 4 year’s construction and system commissioning experience of ELV system in international pharmaceutical/Food industry projects.
具有至少4年从事国际医药或食品工程项目弱电系统施工及调试经验。
Familiar with Siemens fire alarm system.
熟知西门子消防报警系统。
Familiar with building automation products, for example Siemens, Sauter etc.
熟知楼宇自动化产品，如西门子，索特等。
Know cGMP/cGLP requirements.
了解cGMP/cGLP要求。
Familiar with GB Code and relevant authority regulations.
熟知相关国家标准以及部门规范。
Must have demonstrated ability to solve certain technical problems and ability to work independently.
必须证明能解决一些技术问题和独立工作能力。
Commissioning experience in ELV system is required.
弱电系统调试工作经验是必需的。
Excellent organizational, communication, personal work management and writing skills.
