岗位职责Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity to drill into and analyze product issues and learn how these issues impact worldwide customers. In this position you will be responsible for learning how development team finds the root causes of product issues and resolves them. You will also be responsible for analyzing their impact to worldwide customers and create knowledge base articles for these customers. It’s your responsibility to ensure that these Knowledge base articles are technically accurate and are easy to be understood by customers with various technical levels. Success in this role requires strong MS development language experience and support experience to analyze product bugs and communicate with escalation engineers in CSS, Program Managers, Content Publishing Manager and other internal organizations at a peer level. Fluent spoken English skills and strong written English skills are required. Besides creating knowledge base articles, you will also be required to manage business communication with various stakeholders and develop business opportunities to improve product experience of worldwide customers and improve their lifetime loyalty. It will be better if you have strong project management skills. Primary objectives of this position are to create high quality knowledge base articles for customers and ensure that hotfix packages are distributed to worldwide customers within a short time. Responsibilities include analysis of latest product issues, communication with escalation engineers and program managers to understand the technical details and create knowledge base articles for worldwide customers.

1. Technical Expertise on MS development languages/Tools/Environment, like .NET Framework, Visual Studio, Windows Embedded products, .etc.
2. Expertise at least one programming language among Visual C#/C++/Visual Basic.
3. 1+ year of technical support experience and troubleshooting acumen on MS development products.
4. Strong communication skills and collaboration skills to work with peers in various organization. Strong spoken and written English skills required.
5. Bachelor’s degree or above required
