岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Prepare the complicated hardware or virtual IT environment to assist Microsoft CSS Technical Support Team in solving customer technical issues.
2. Prepare the complicated IT training environment based on the requirements from stakeholders.
3. Provide the regular maintenance to the LAB Data Center systems and ensure the overall wellness.
4. Provide training and “1 to N” informational content through tech talk, web page or Knowledge Base articles.
5. Contribute to lab upkeep and asset inventory accuracy on a regular basis.
6. Assist Manager with managing, organizing and updating the content in SharePoint portal, also assist with the design the portal for simple and easy usage.
7. Communicate with stakeholders and document the feedback.
8. Generate the documentation or reports based on Manager’s guidance.
　
岗位要求Requirements
Education
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Computer Science or relevant major is preferred
Knowledge
1. Strong knowledge on rack servers, storage servers, network routers and other computer/network hardware, a working knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switch setup/configuration is a significant plus.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Operating Systems (Windows Server Family) and Microsoft Enterprise Applications (especially Exchange Server, SQL Server and so on) , a working experience of Cluster Servers is a significant plus.
3. Be proficient at productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.
4. The experience of using SharePoint is an advantage
5. Either of the below certification is a big value-add
MCSE or MCITP Enterprise Administration
CCNA/CCNP/ITIL
Skill
1. Self-starter with excellent verbal and written skills in both Mandarin and English. Be able to handle English Con-call independently.
2. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
3. Provide and facilitate the delivery of technical solutions and information to CSS Engineers.
4. Meet service delivery guidelines within the principles of the Customer Focused Culture.
Working Experience
1. At least 3-5 year related working experience.
2. Participation in small to medium scale projects and familiar with the Project Management framework is an advantage.
