岗位职责：
1、全面统筹和安排行政后勤日常各项事务管理工作；
2、主导对公司行政管理制度的拟定、执行与监督实施，推动公司行政管理体系和业务流程的完善和细化；
3、负责公司固定资产并定期检查、档案管理；
4、有效控制与管理公司行政办公费用；
5、参与组织、协调安排公司的各种会议及大型活动；
6、负责与外界有关部门和机构保持良好的社会公共关系，参与公司对外联络与接待工作。

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，5年以上大中型企业行政工作经验；
2、文笔佳，协调沟通能力强，处事沉稳，能主动思考与解决问题；
3、对现代企业行政管理流程有较好的认识和理解；
4、精通办公自动化软件。
