职位描述
Responsibilities:
Merchandising:
1. Set Up, Maintain and Manage a WIP Sheet (work in progress) for all POs placed.
2. Check Supplier details and FOB details of POs raised by Planners.
3. Send POs to Suppliers, Obtain confirmation and Proforma Invoices.
4. Send revised POs to Suppliers if required, obtain confirmations & update the Weekly PO Summary.
5. Cross references check Proformas & Final Invoices against PO (item by item) and approve for payment, forward to Accounts for payment.
6. Follow up POs with Suppliers consistently/weekly to ensure they are running on time and there are no quality issues or delays.
7. Update the Weekly PO Summary and send to the Shipping Officer/Product Manager/Planner.
8. Update the Unit Manager and Planner weekly on all order status/issues.
9. Assist with Unit Manager with other tasks assigned.
Sourcing:
10. Identifying new supplier who meet company targets (price/quality/delivery)
11. Set Up, Maintain and Manage a WIP Sheet (work in progress) for all Sample/Development work.
12. Assist Sourcing Officer with the process of On time, Correct & Quality samples
13. Ensure to receive quickly and efficiently Quotation Sheets / Price Offers from Suppliers.
14. Assist Sourcing Officer with preparing paperwork and documentations.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years experience working with domestic trading companies and manufacturers for the purpose of the international market
2. Solid experience at merchandising softline goods, including but not limited to Plastic/Paper/Housewares etc.
3. Must have good communication skills including an good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
4. Fluency in spoken Mandarin is essential, Cantenese is a plus
5. Must possess the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
6. Must have effective time management skills
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office
8. Must be computer literate and able to communicate effectively from remote sites
9. Must be able to travel to other parts of China as required
