Responsibilities
1. Conduct technical coaching in order to enhance team capability;
2. Assist in lean transformation activities organization
3. Conduct lean transformation training in order to establish continuous improvement culture and enhance employee lean mindsets and capability.
4. Analyse current state, define and implement new design proposal in order to meet future state
5. Implement upgrade activities in order to continuous improve operating system
6.communicate with PM (Global) for new parts creation request, collect new parts request and forecast information， cooperate with R&D team，PE team and Material team to confirm the feasibility for new parts，
7.Create and maintain SAP base data (including BOM, material master, routing, work center, Control cycle, unit weight validating and maintaining)，
8. Define management infrastructure proposal,collect change results based on project and define improvement action plan in order to ensure successfully lean transformation
9. In defined area,Use VSM to drawing current situation,and build ideal future VSM, then find cost saving project to make competitive products.
10. Improve the process using the IE/Lean method

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor in Engineering
2. 5 years work experience(3 years manufacturing improvement or engineering related, 2 years management)
3. Innovation, communication skill, coordination skill, leadership, management skill, well English listen, spoken, read and written skill
