Requirements:
* Diploma holder in Garment/ Textiles/ Design or above.
* Minimum of 3 years of merchandising or products development experience in woven and denim garment product, with strong knowledge in US market is an advantage.
* Knowledge of fit, pattern making and construction and manufacturing process.
* Good fashion sense and good knowledge in fabrics, coloring and trims, with fashion design capability and graphic skill will be a plus.
* Good communication & interpersonal skill and is a good team player.
* Knowledge in MS office software, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
* Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
* Travel to PRC frequently and occasionally travel to overseas is required.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct extensive market research on fashion trends, fabric, trims and style ideas to develop samples in the right silhouette, material and price points.
* Coordinate samples and presentation materials for customer review meetings.
* Partners with cross-function teams including design team, fabric team and sample room, to keep track and assist to improve the sample development delivery in order to meet the agreed timelines and product-mix planning.
* Collaborate with the fabric team to source & develop of new fabric and trim qualities for seasonal development and special/fast track programs etc.
* Create the specifications for the styles, publishes, and maintains all records, style files and proceed sample quotation.
* Able to handle assigned project independently within the development timeline.
* Perform these and other duties as assigned.
