Position: Aftersales Consultant

Division: Aftersales

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing market situation and potential for improvement.

- On site coaching and daily consultation to dealers.

- Innovative strategies to support customer orientation.

- Manage and evaluate the project performance and develop proper strategies accordingly.

- Steering project implementation status.

- Preparing Aftersales business process documents

- Preparing training materials.

- Learning new knowledge and get training for Aftersales related issues.

- Other tasks assigned by Line Managers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above in Vehicle Engineering or equivalent

- Sound understanding of Automotive Aftersales business.

- Hand-on workshop related working experience.

- With project management experience.

- Good communication in both English and Chinese.

- Self-motivated with initiative.

- Able to identify the area to improve and make full use of learning opportunities.

- Good team player.

- Intercultural awareness.

- Customer and business oriented.

- Flexible for travel.
