Responsibilities：

* Acting as executive project manager of employee health and commercial insurance programs, responsible for daily management & implementation of projects and communication with employees & vendors;

* Coordinating employee demand for both health and medical services, accurately evaluating employee demand and relevant resources, and providing effective solutions and follow-ups;

* Streamlining ongoing processes of vendor management for health service benefits & employee commercial insurance, assessing vendor service quality, and making continuous improvement accordingly;

* Analyzing vendor service data, delivering consolidated analysis report, presenting results of analysis, advising on areas of improvement, and reporting to project team;

* Communicating problems & difficulties at daily work with project leader on a timely basis, and providing effective solutions accordingly;

* Providing market information to project team on health management & services regularly.

Requirements：

* General requirements:

Understanding and knowledge of employee health benefits service industry. Strong project management skills with ability to manage and handle multiple employee wellness projects & vendors at the same time.

Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Excel & PPT. Ability to deliver consolidated service data reports promptly according to management’s requirements.

Strong logical thinking and communication & presentation skills with excellent paperwork and delivery of reports.

Ability to process new knowledge and make effective communications both internally and externally.

Prompt update on industry information for health benefits service industry, and regular reports on market trends and changes.

* Education & qualification:

Bachelor degree (or above) in Insurance, Medical Science, Management and other related fields.

* Working experience:

Over 5 years’ experiences in employee health / medical service related industry.
