JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Online KA Sales Sr. Manager is responsible for selling Sonos products within E-commerce Key Accounts, expanding the Online KA sales organization as well as managing all Online KA business partners. The position is encompassing and requires the individual to acquire new accounts as well as upsell existing ones, supports CN sales VP elevate to a strategic position within those accounts, and drive sell-through / Sales opportunities with them throughout the entire sales cycle. The On Line KA sales director provides follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and provides feedback to management with win/loss reports. The primary focus of this position is to deliver the Epic Customer experience and meet / exceed business revenue targets as well as new partner recruitment objectives.
This position will be located in Beijing.
+ achieve and exceed targeted new business sales growth as per business plan
+ hire, motivate, develop, and manage Online KA sales staff
+ prospect and solicit new business either from new or existing customers
+ provide and document follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
+ drive partner recruitment as per strategic plan to meet and exceed annual targets
+ manage and develop relationships with major accounts to maintain and increase their
commitment to growing
+ coordinate efforts with marketing and other departments to conduct revenue-
generating promotional campaigns as required
+ take a leadership position in coordinating and leveraging get necessary resources (i.e. CC, inside sales, pre-sales, instock) to maximize revenue
+ develop and maintain account development plans for all major accounts and submit weekly progress reports
+ maintain an accurate sales forecast and account/opportunity detail in the required forecasting
system and provide weekly forecast reports
+ conduct weekly forecast/opportunity reviews with the vice president of sales
+ conduct monthly business performance and gap recovery reviews with our sales managers
