Job Description
In this position, the candidate will be IC Design Engineer in IPC design center of Shenzhen STMicroelectronics, to design digital IP/IC prototypes suitable for production in line with marketing needs, within the requested and agreed time frame.
His/her responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop and design digital IP/IC in PMIC of AMOLED/LED backlighting Field.
- Implement product prototype including SPEC trade-off and optimization, RTL coding, DFT, Synthesis, STA, and simulation/Verification.
- Create behavioral modelling of analog block and run top level simulation.
Requirement
- Bachelor/Master degree with major of Electrical Engineering or Science.
- 2+ years working experience in digital IC design field.
- Good technical background I2C interface, NVM control.
- Familiar with language skills in C, TCL, Perl.
- Familiar with EDA skills (DC, DFT-Compiler, Simulink modeling)
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Enjoy challenging work, self-motivated.
- Good capability of learning new technical knowledge.
- Must have good knowledge of team work concept.
- Digital/Analog mixing design experience is a plus.
