1. Take lead on Factory coaching, Quality Monitoring, Product Development, in aspect of quality assurance to support Supplies Team (especially for writing instruments)

2. The current main projects are included Product Development and Vendor development for Supplies projects in Shanghai area and Nanjing (especially for writing instruments)

3. Conduct Daily communication between Factories, Project Teams and PE, Handle the following:
a. Customer Complaints follow up
b. Production quality follow-up
c. Product Specification
d. First Article Inspection
e. Factory Quality Assessment
f. Testing arrangement
g. Inspection
