Duties:工作职责：

1. Leading translation team on localization projects - assigning work, controlling and monitoring project execution according to project schedule..领导翻译部门从事本地化翻译工作——分配工作，根据工作日程控制并监督工作进程。

2. Responsible for project management of development of user manuals (electronic products) and technical documentation.
切实负责诸如用户手册（电子类产品），技术文档等资料的管理。

3.Interface with external translation agencies, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensure that the final materials are of top quality, on time and compliant with company guidelines.负责与国内外翻译供应商联系，严格遵循本公司宗旨，始终跟进翻译进程，确保按时高质的完成翻译工作。

Requirements:要求：

1.University degree in English, Translation, Journalism, or a related field. Related work experience may be substituted for a degree.大学本科英语专业，或与翻译，新闻等相关专业。有相关经验者亦可。

2.Experience in arranging and managing translation services with external agencies.具有与国内外翻译供应商合作且善于安排、管理翻译工作的经验。

3.At least 3 years solid experience in translation servicing relating to consumer electronics industry, technical documents and user manuals or other relevant fields.至少有3年与电子类消费品，技术文档，用户手册或其他相关行业的翻译工作经验。

4.;Strong writing and editing skills in English and Chinese.具有较强的中英文写作与编辑技能。

5.Able to work effectively in a high-caliber multi-cultural environment. 能在多文化环境（具有多国文化差异）氛围中开展高效工作。

6.Knowledge of translation tools such Trados is a definite plus.具有各类翻译工具（如：Trados）技能者更佳。
