Key Job Functions：

Responsible for managing Insulation sales team and ensuring insulation goals, objectives and KPI’s are met pertaining to sales accounts.
Achieve customers’ deliverables comprising timely delivery, quality, pricing, responsiveness, services and support.
Manage and generate revenue growth from existing accounts
Gather, analyze and report business information data, pertaining market, customers, competitors, alliances
Maintain a high performance, value driven sales team to collaborating well internally with insulation operations and externally with customers.
Develop and foster excellent customer relationships to drive revenue growth from existing customers.
Work with customers on sustainable demand forecast, revenue growth and resolving customer issues timely and professionally.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience
Chemical, LNG LEG LPG insulation Industry
Knowledge and experience of insulation products is a plus.
A University Degree holder or above, prefer in business management
Excellent communication skills in oral, presentation and written.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to customer relationship.
Experience in team building and customer relationship setup, maintenance.
