Job Description – Regional Sales Manager East China
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Director, sales & marketing, China

Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieve sales goals in East China, by supervising and coordinating the efforts of a group of sales representatives/engineer. Regional Sales Manager will plan, develop and execute effective programs to produce the sales objective for the region in distributor, OEM and installation market segments. Staying abreast of all competitive activity in the areas of pricing, delivery, engineering and service is essential. The successful candidate will have to gather information, determine what action needs to be taken, and communicate this to the organization for action.


Business Responsibilities
？ Establishes sales quotas and budgets for the region.
？ To develop and maintain new market and client accounts
？ To propose new market opportunity, analyses the competitor activity and pricing trend so as to lead the team to explore new market opportunity
？ In charge of acquiring and managing large projects
？ Establishes and maintains relationship with distributors and customers
？ Negotiates price/volume supply contracts and monitor price/value of products vs. competition;
？ Responsible for control sales expenses within the region to budget.
？ Responsible for coaching sales team members to achieving their sales targets.
？ Makes specific reports on competitive activity and marketing trends.
？ Performs all other duties as assigned.

Management Responsibilities
？ To manage, organize and train the sales team
？ Set sales targets for sales representatives/engineer
？ To provide sales direction to direct sales personnel in order to achieve the annual sales targets
？ Provides input in the development of the sales strategy and staffing mode
？ Conducts sales meetings and communicates new strategies to the sales force
？ Advises management on consumer trends and feedback
？ Provides regular reports weekly, monthly on sales activities and forecasts (revenue, product mix);
？ Establishes key performance index for measurement of sales team and product performance;


Requirements
？ Strong ability of strategic thinking, planning, analytical and project management.
？ Acuminous insight of marketing approach.
？ 8 years of traceable sales experience with 3 years in managerial position, especially in the motion controller and servo market.
？ Management of sales controlling with proven success.
？ Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
？ Bachelor degree in Technical/ Industrial Automation.
？ Computer knowledge in MS office.
？ Mature, honesty and integrity, open-minded, self-motivated, energetic and sales & customer-oriented.
？ Fluent, bi-lingual verbal and written communication skills.
