此岗位为深圳得润电子股份有限公司汽车事业部财务经理，工作地点为深圳市。
Background:
Deren has rapid expansion on Automotive industry, they have automotive business in Italy and other Europe counties. In China, Deren has one joint venture wire harness business with Kroschu, and also planning to acquire more local automotive business.

Responsibilities 职责
1. Stipulate and implement the company internal control process;
制定和实施公司内部控制流程；
2. Develop & Prepare annual and quarterly budgets &forecasts;
准备&形成公司年度 /季度 预算和预测；
3. Develop monthly operation performance reports ,lead analysis for the gap between the actual and the budget ;
准备月度经营管理业绩报表，对实际与预算的差异进行分析；
4. Deal with internal and external audit issues;
处理财务内审和外审事宜；
5.Treat with Bank, Tax bureau, SAFE and other related functions;
处理 涉及与银行，税务，外管等政府职能部门的有关事宜；
6 Organize, supervise, control, mentor and develop a strong finance team to work in line with law and company requirements.
组织，监督，控制，指导与发展一个强有力的财务团队，使有关的工作符合法律法规和公司规章的相关要求。

Job competences 工作能力
a) Professional education 学历专业
University degree-Finance, accounting, economics.
大学本科毕业，财务，会计，经济等有关专业
b) Professional experience 专业经验
1. Minimum five years relevant experience in the financial field (Chief accountant/Financial Manager/Financial controller) ;
五年以上财务领域相关工作经验（主管/经理/财务总监角色）；
2. Worked in multi-national company / joint venture is a plus, preferably in automotive industry;
有跨国公司/合资公司经验尤佳，具备汽车行业经验者优先考虑；
3.Have rich working experience in foreign company on reporting and costing, internal control is a plus;
外资企业财务汇报及成本控制经验丰富，有内控管理经验者优先考虑；
4.Business sense is an advantage, i.e. corporate valuation during merger and acquisition;
良好的商业意识，如企业并购过程中的合理估值；
5. Good experience in financial fields, especially in preparation of consolidated financial reports.
财务领域经验丰富，尤其是在合并报表方面有经验者优先。

b) Knowledge 知识技能

1.Good knowledge of accounting, costing and reporting, skills in financial planning and forecasting;
良好的会计、成本、报表知识，丰富熟练的财务计划/预算经验"
2.Good knowledge of SAP modules ;
良好的SAP各个模块经验。
3. Good oral and written in English;
优秀的英语听说读写能力。
4.Good PC skills, especially for excel skills.
电脑办公软件熟练，尤其是Excel技能。

c) Abilities 能力
1.Able to work independently with minimum supervision, and meet reporting deadline;
能在最小监督环境下独立工作，限期完成报表;
2.Able to communicate with different levels of management and staff, good interpersonal and organization skills;
能和不同部门的经理/职员有效沟通，里具备良好的交际能力和组织技能"
3.Sensitive to data, and have a strong analyzing skills;
对数字敏感，有很强的分析能力；
4.Available for travel in local China and Oversea;能适应海内外出差；
5.Integrity and professional ethics. 诚实品质及职业道德。
