Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the BDR team to achieve various business targets assigned by management by exploring mass affluent customer segments and providing certain banking and wealth management products/services including prestige, deposit, mortgage, etc. and other products/services launched by the Bank from time to time

· Enhance the professionalism/selling skills/product knowledge/competence of team members through regular coaching and training

· Create a positive and energetic working environment for team members and ensure team productivity and efficiency

· Keep abreast of market trends and identify emerging business opportunities so as to generate market-oriented sales plans and maintain a competitive position

· Systematically review and analyze the outcomes of all the sales plans/marketing activities and report to Cluster Manager, Business Development and Sub-branch Manager

· Ensure the conduct of team members in alliance with Group/Bank Guidelines, Procedural Manuals, Operational efficiency and Anti-Money Laundering related requirements, and keep the team maintain Group/Bank internal control standards

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years’ related experience

· Good communication skills, strong self-motivation, outgoing personality and ability to work independently and withstand pressure

· Effective sales team management as well as time management

· Ability to identify potential sites to hold marketing activities to approach the new customers

· Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
