职位描述
岗位要求：
1、熟悉物料，对物料编码有一定的认识，熟悉ERP系统操作优先；
2、熟悉办公软件，制图软件操作；
3、会文档配置管理，有项目管理经验者优先；
4、思路清晰，工作有条理，沟通能力强并具有团队合作精神。
岗位职责：
1、负责文件、档案、工程图纸的收集、整理、存档、保管、接收、发放与回收，统计工程数据；
2、负责会议记录，保管本部印章；
3、负责本部办公物品的领取，发放；
4、监督检查资料的真实性、完整性、有效性；
5、编写物料编码、BOM制作录入系统、更新与发放；
6、协助本部人员其他工作，完成上级交办的其他工作。
