Responsibilities:
Communicate with customer and Ennoconn on the RMA repair and debug information, fulfill customer feedback and requirements.
Enhance the Ennoconn RMA team debug/analysis technology, repairing capability, meet weekly output target
Leading Ennoconn RMA team to co-work with RD Engineering to support on hardcore board
Define the BER and Repairing Scrap final disposition
Deal with MQE on the RMA Quality issue and drive the corrective actions
Job Requirements:
10 years or above debug and repair work experience.
College education background or above is required.
Knowledge of ATCA, COM-E, CPCI architecture
Knowledge of test with at least 5 year experience under Linux operating system
Understanding of hardware and software interactions and able to apply this understanding to do failure analysis and resolve issues
Good English skills
