Main Responsibility:

1) Achieve assigned sales budget/ goals.
2) Maintain and strengthen customer relationship by
- identifying customer needs and understand of the systems/ structure necessary to meet the needs: forecasting, order processing, production planning, quality, delivery, billing, Custom, etc.
- managing and resolving customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- maintaining highest standards of customer satisfaction and quality service"
3) Identify sales opportunities for target customers, develop new sales channel;explore market demand and develop the new potential customer
4) Analyze market requirements and competitor activities and communicate/report accordingly.
5) Coordinate with other functions including CSO, TM, Finance and manufacturing
to support customer needs. "
6) Monitor and manage:
- on-time payment collection from customers
- minimize stock
- Sales KPI"
7) Prepare periodic sales reports to the Management as required.

Requirements:
Experience: Min 5 years sales & markting experience in manufacturing company, regional sales and marketing experience in leadframe, power, connector or semiconductor industry preferred.
Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Technical Engineering, Business, Trade or equivalent
Skills: MS Office, presentation skills,biz sense
Personality: Willingness to travel, well trained communication skills and analytical thinking abilities. Must be a teamplayer, task-oriented & able to work under pressure.
Languages: Good command of oral & written English
