Responsibilities:

- Manage engineers performing product design (Electronics, Mechanical), verification (Quality and Reliabilities), certification (UL, CB, EMC, FCC, CCC, ...etc), Manufacturabilities (DFA, DFSS), etc., on all projects;

- Manage engineering process from initial ES (Engineering sample) stage to NPI stage to ensure high quality in the design, manufacturable efficiency in production line, and cost in control on BOM.

- Evaluate CAD (3D, 2D) and PCB files (schematics, layout), manage design project to meet requirement of specs, development deadlines, design and test budgets;

- Sign off on BOM, Specifications, Golden Samples, and Test documents; Lead and approve D/P-FMEA, production SOP/WI.

- Manage ECR/ECO/Deviation request and approval.

- Manage tooling (plastic, metal), PCB/PCBA supply, testing / certification laboratory and its project schedule in development;

- Manage in-house laboratory.


Requirements
- Honesty

- Bachelor or above degree in EE or related major

- 8+ years of engineering work experience, at least 3+ years of design project management experience

- Excellent English communication skills, can use English very fluently as working language.

- Willingness and capability of challenging & adapting himself working under an exciting starting up business environment.

- This position is a full-time job based in Xi Xiang, Bao An District, Shenzhen, China.(near shenzhen airport)

- Working hours: Monday-Friday, overtime working will be needed depends on project schedule
