Job reuirements:

1,Major in machinery, electron or related field, bacholer degree and above.

机械、电子、工程相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历。

2,at least 4 years experience in transformer manufacture field, has experience in making transformer for switch power supply is a plus.

至少有4年的变压器生产经验，有电源变压器生产经验优先。

3, has full knowledage and skills on all the process of transformer manufacture.

熟习变压器生产所有流程。

4,skilled at MS-Office, be able to communicate in simple English.

熟习OFFICE办公系统，能简单使用英语进行交流。

5,result-oriented, teamwork spirit,responsible and work with passion.

Job responsibilities

1,responsible for designing ,setting up and maintaining the transformer production line.

负责设计，组建和维护变压器生产线。

2, making effective procedures for transformer production line and implement them.

制定有效的生产流程并执行之。

3,making daily production shecule based on actual demands .

根据实际需求制定生产计划。

4,to train and monitor employees to achieve the production targets.

培训和监督本部门员工实现生产目标。

5,production quality controll, troubleshooting.

生产质量控制，问题解决。

6,coordinate with other departs to meet company overall target if necessary.

与其它部门合作实现公司整体目标。

7,other tasks assigned by up level.

上级安排的其它任务。
