职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Provide technical leadership to design high speed PMSM motor control software;
? Take team leader responsibility for high quality motor control software development using low cost MCU;
? Be Responsible for software quality process development and implementation;
? Lead software project management by working with various business units globally.;
? Take team leader responsibility for high quality motor control software development using low cost MCU;
? Responsible for leading high quality software development process and architecture;
? Manage electronics hardware validation process and release;
? Develop IPM food processor motor control strategies and simulation models.
Requirements:
? Master or above in Engineering related, with more than 8 years of relevant experience;
? In-depth knowledge on PMSM motor and its control strategies(start-up, state estimation, sensorless control, noise reduction and robustness);
? Extensive hands-on experience on various DSP/MCU and their software tools(TI C2000 DSP, ST MCU, Microchip MCU, Freescale) for product applications;
? Extensive experience on production software quality process and tools(Automotive SPICE, CMM);
? Excellent leadership skills and experience on planning, execution and communication for embedded motor control software development;
? Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Be capable of working globally using English.
