Corporate Division Customer Relationship Management
Division, located in Beijing/China
Employment – full time
Key Responsibility
- Customer Care Program
- Coordinate with dealers and external vendors to successfully deliver the central loyalty program to BMW and BMW i customers, especially with focus on VVIPS, for impactful touch points (BMW WCP, BMW I3, I8 WCP, G12 WCP as well as BMW History Book) - Wholesale Campaigns and repurchase program
Coordinate with other BMW departments, dealers and external vendors to
- Steer different WHS loyalty/repurchase campaigns
- Develop a new concept for the repurchase program
- Provide customer/repurchase insights by steering the CRM Initiative Study - CRM interface for customer-related retail projects (e.g. BMW Joy World, WHF)
- BMW Group China Loyalty Program (Membership Card + Credit Card)
-Successful set up and roll-out of a nationwide unified BMW Group China loyalty program for the BMW & MINI dealer network in China
- Coordinate with the relevant internal (SF CRM, Aftersales, Dealer Development, Marketing) and external parties (BMW Group dealers, vendors/agencies) for a successful project launch - Modular Loyalty Platform
Coordinate with dealers and external vendors to support the successful development and implementation of a national loyalty platform for the Chinese market. Target is to increase the efficiency of dealers’ customer care program (i.e. modular packages like customer events, trips, etc. for extraordinary and premium customer experience)
Qualification
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Strong initiatives, active to trigger and align cross department efforts, strong self-assertion and implementation skills
- Advanced knowledge and experience in CRM, especially in project implementation.
- Knowledge about automobile industry
- Strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills, who is creative and understands how to identify key drivers to optimize business results
- Proven strength in both oral and written communication as well as in creating high-level presentations
- Excellent team player with strong ability to effectively build and manage relationships
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PPT
- Business fluency in English and Mandarin, German language skills are and advantage
- Minimum of 1-3 years working experience, preferably in the following industries and/or functions: INDUSTRY: Automotive, E-Commerce and/or Service AREA/FUNCTION: CRM, Sales and Marketing, Planning and steering of complex projects
- Preferably knowledge of automobile dealership operation
