Job description

Responsibilities:

– Participate in and support tactical service delivery account plan and participate with the PE in strategic account planning, as appropriate. Understand customer requirements and assist in setting program objectives. Provide single point of contact to the PE for service delivery.

– Familiar with operational support requirements, service level objectives, measurement tracking, and able to accurately report status to appropriate levels of management.

– Perform service delivery Crisis Management. Effectively meet commitments, able to identify issues, and recommend appropriate trade off decisions.

– Offer advice to others and work with team members to articulate and provide alternative solutions for implementing account objectives. Negotiate with team members, suppliers and vendors on schedules for delivery of services.

– Work with IBM team, able to identify business requirements, develop/validate technical solutions for proposals, understand scope of work, create/review cost factors for responsible area and ensure technical QA performed for assigned area.

– Cost Case preparation & approval. Ensure availability of relevant financial interlocks (ICAs) with sending/Receiving geo and ensure adequacy of funding.

Ensure accuracy in Billing & reporting. Review, plan & approve infrastructure requirements for account

– Identify problem situations, risk factors and implement actions to ensure contract objectives are met. Effectively manage and implement Business Controls Methods

– Analyze new and complex project related problems and facilitates the creation of innovative solutions.

– Perform activities to ensure service delivery customer satisfaction objectives are met.

Requirement:

– Bachelor or above on Computer Science and Technology related.

– At least 10 years’ service delivery management experiences whose EUS scope is more than 60% of overall delivery scope. EUS - End User Services (End User Computing), including Service Desk and Distributed Client Services.

– Advanced communications skills, proven customer relationship management, leadership, business acumen, financial management.

– Project Management Experience is essential.

– Fluent speaking, writing and reading English.

– PMP or ITIL certificate is preferred.
