Shift In Charge/Production Executive(生产值班经理/生产主任)

Requirement:
* University or above degree
* At least 3 years or above relevant experience at supervisory level preferably gained from multinational company
* Familiar with production KPIs and production management tools
* Good command in oral and written English

* Good computer skills (MS Office) essential
* Strong Leadership and good communication skill
* Good Team work spirit & problem solving ability

Job Description:
* Organizing staff and materials for Production

* Responsibility for plant during holiday and weekend
* Management to out source service
* Communicating with Mixing and Filling & Packing Supervisors, clerks and staff of other departments about the production operations
* Monitoring the usage of materials, labors and energy according to standards
* Insuring production with the guide of Standard Operation Procedure(SOP) and Manufactory Instruction(MI)

* Insuring production staff operating facility safely, and no injury

* Insuring each shift cleaning with right procedure and 5S, no quality issue
* Insuring Floor Control Sheet filled correctly
* Insuring no food safety issue
* Training Supervisors and Senior Operators
* Taking in charge of production shift instead of Supervisor when necessary
* Reporting abnormity issue to superior
* Complying with SHE policy, and identifying environment factors and dangerous sources.

* Implementing the rule and requirements of SHE administrators documents

* Fully complies with the Nestle FSMS rules and guidelines
* Fully executes the Nestle Quality Policy
* Training and developing production team
* Accomplishing other tasks given by superior
